CSR and Inclusivity
At the heart of our work is a belief in the law as a powerful tool to build a more equitable and inclusive society. A central focus of our efforts is the rights of persons with disabilities, grounded in the conviction that true inclusion goes beyond legal recognition – it requires accessibility, implementation, and systemic change.
We support clients in asserting their rights under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 across all relevant forums, including the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD), State Commissioners for Persons with Disabilities (SCPD). We also advise individuals, families and NGOs with a range of administrative work – from obtaining disability certificates/IDs to accessing government benefits, educational accommodations, workplace adjustments, and public infrastructure entitlements.
In addition, our dedicated research team is working on several projects focused on disability rights, accessibility, and inclusive policy frameworks. These initiatives—set to launch soon—reflect our long-term commitment to building a society where dignity, opportunity, and justice are accessible to all.
