In today’s global business environment, aligning with human rights standards and inclusive practices is both a strategic imperative and a legal obligation. We assist corporate clients in executing their CSR projects and ensuring compliance with social security and welfare legislation. Our services include supporting companies in implementing relevant applicable laws such as the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
We have previously advised a Netherlands-based company committed to enhancing disability inclusion across its global operations. This involved ensuring that its vendors and international service providers – particularly those based in India – embody the company’s core values of accessibility and social responsibility. In another engagement, we assisted a German company in supporting a school for children in India. Our role included providing strategic and legal guidance to structure the engagement, review vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with both Indian CSR regulations and international standards on inclusivity.
